September Public Middle Management Academy Training
The Middle Management Academy helps thousands of behavioral health's best and brightest reach their maximum leadership potential through hands-on, in-person learning. This popular and proven training is the only of its kind - meaning you can't find a management course tailored for mental health and addiction professionals anywhere else.

After attending, managers will have the skills they need to manage work and people in addition to a connection to the bigger vision of their organizations. They become stronger links in the management chain and can help improve productivity by motivating staff, communicating effectively, and fulfilling their role as influence front-line leaders.

The Middle Management Academy (MMA) has been re-imagined to be delivered in a virtual setting. We have updated the curriculum and revised the format to ensure participants are engaged, while staying true to the MMA’s original objectives: provide excellent information about being a great supervisor and manager, offer transformative experiences and discussion to deepen learning, help participants feel re-energized and confident, and have fun while doing all of this. The virtual MMA will meet for 5-hour live sessions and will also include assignments, individual and group work, and community building activities in between the live sessions.

The training will be held on the following dates from 12-5pm ET
September 16, 23, 30
October 7
