CoE-IHS Office Hour: Improving the Workforce through Diversity, Equity & Belonging Innovations
The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly intensified mental health, substance use and physical health challenges for millions of people across the nation, and integrated whole-person care is essential to address increasing needs.

Unfortunately, many organizations face ongoing staffing challenges, specifically with recruiting, retaining and supporting staff wellbeing, that limit their ability to address increasing health needs.

On Thursday, Nov. 3, 3-4 p.m. ET, we’ll discuss strategies for improving the workforce through diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) innovations in the third session of our Integrated Care Workforce Innovations Office Hour Series. You will hear from leaders at Caminar (CA), San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health Center (CA) and Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton (NJ). Through the Workforce Innovations in Integrated Care Learning Collaborative, they’ve each implemented successful, innovative initiatives related to DEIB in connection to their overall workforce support strategies.
