Implementing Data-Informed Social Justice Change Within Organizations
Join us for a presentation by Dr. Sosunmolu Shoyinka, MD, MBA, and Dr. Rachel Melissa Talley, MD, where they will discuss their Self-Assessment for Modification of Anti-Racism Tool (SMART), the first tool designed specifically to help community behavioral health and other human service organizations to assess the extent to which their organizational and clinical processes are affected by racism. Dr. Shoyinka and Dr. Talley will discuss the development of the SMART tool, as well as how individuals and organizations can apply the information discovered through utilizing SMART to create measurable progress in becoming anti-racist at all organizational levels.
