CoE-IHS Office Hour: New Resources to Advance Health Equity through Integrated Health and Clinical Practice
Systemic racism continues to have a negative impact on historically marginalized communities, creating disproportionate challenges around access to and quality of mental health, substance use recovery services and physical health care. These challenges result in significantly poorer mental health outcomes for Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) and others with marginalized identities.

To decrease trauma and re-traumatization, build resiliency, strengthen engagement to mitigate health inequities and eliminate challenges faced by their clients and staff of color, organizations must address and strengthen their clinical and organizational practices and further integrated health care.

Join us to learn more about general organizational considerations and resources developed by the Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions (CoE) to advance diversity, equity and engagement within your organization during our CoE-IHS Office Hour session on Thursday, January 27, from 1-2 p.m. ET.

We will also discuss an upcoming ECHO opportunity that will provide a safe space for peer-to-peer learning and open discussions among a group of health provider organizations committed to advancing integrated care to improve health equity for staff and clients.
