good question Ana- trying to exhibit cultural humility is always a great place to start for nervous candidates!

GG - If having a camera is not necessary to the job, it can be helpful in seeing how engaging a person can be by phone only. If a camera is necessary, then perhaps a stepped interview process is needed, where you can give the applicant a chance to obtain a camera for the second for third interview.
