How do you help real nervous candidates feel at ease?

Would you please speak more about interviewing candidates without cameras?
Ami Roeschlein (she/her/hers)

GG - If having a camera is not necessary to the job, it can be helpful in seeing how engaging a person can be by phone only. If a camera is necessary, then perhaps a stepped interview process is needed, where you can give the applicant a chance to obtain a camera for the second for third interview.

Recruiting staff to health settings has been challenging as a result of the pandemic. There's hesitancy with being exposed or contracting the virus. Any recommendations/strategies that can help teams tackle hesitancy and/or strengthen recruitment?
