Hang out with my dog, longer walks
I am eating healthy, playing with granddaughter (they live with me). hanging out with my dog.
Walking and podcasts that are uplifting.
My dogs and horse keep me grounded.
Regularly buying flowers from local flower farms
spending more time in the sun when i can. snuggling my dog.
Exercising outside is very helpful.
sewing face masks to donate
Arts and craft
I am continuing my exercise routine and trying to cook more new recipies change it up
Learning to play Canasta
Working on reorganizing home using feng shui principles/practices
backpacking and camping… walks… gardening…
trying new recipes...including health smoothies..
Sewing and walking
gardening gardening and taking the dog to a place on the lake o one is around
going out on the weekends to walk and do something outdoors at least one day a week
minimizing...have to much "stuff"-I feel better after each trip to Goodwill donations
I started playing videogames again. Animal Crossing New Horizons is the best cause I can play and chat with my friends while physical distancing. :)
These are all such wonderful examples all--thank you for sharing with us, and each other!
listening to music and dancing in the kitchen-music makes KP duties easier and more enjoyable for me
