Telehealth has been very helpful, including audio only options. We wish all these options would stay.
Access to zoom has allowed flexibilities for webinar attendance. Opportunities to access educational resources have increased, including workforce specific topics like compassion fatigue, stress management, taking care of self and family. Staff meetings have focused on self care and we developed a "warm line" for professionals to utilize as a call in to speak with a live professional. Hopefully these emphases will continue.
